By creating an account or using DecoAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or on our website.
DecoAI provides an AI-powered virtual staging service that transforms photos of empty or furnished rooms into professionally staged images. The Service is intended for real estate professionals, agents, and property owners for legitimate property marketing purposes.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted upon each staging request. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Prices are listed in USD and may change with advance notice.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload images you do not have rights to, to misrepresent staged images as unaltered photographs without appropriate disclosure, to attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service, or to resell access to the Service without authorization.
You retain ownership of the original images you upload. By uploading images, you grant DecoAI a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service. You own the output staged images. On the Pro plan, you are granted a commercial license to use staged images in property listings and marketing materials.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that staged images will meet your specific requirements or expectations. AI-generated results may vary based on image quality, lighting, and room type.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DecoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the last 3 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits will be refunded on a prorated basis at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
