Automatic Credit Refund
If a staging job fails due to a technical error on our end, your credit is automatically refunded to your account.
All credit purchases are non-refundable once processed. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

Email us with your account email, purchase date, and issue details. Include screenshots if possible.
Approved refunds take 5-10 business days. Credit refunds are instant.
